Project Sales Executive

The business is unique in project marketing because it is able to combine the experience and skills of its core team whilst having the benefit of the knowledge and contact base of the wider 1,000 residential offices in the Ray Network as well as the Loan market mortgage broking business. The team also benefits from its relationship with the Ray White Commercial team. The service provided by Ray White Projects is of a boutique nature ensuring beneficial advice on all aspects of the design and marketing for a project is delivered.  

An opportunity exists within our Ray White Projects business for a Project Sales Executive. Reporting to Sales Manager and based out of Sydney Head Office, this role will be responsible for the effective provision of quality services and managing the sales process in a manner that exceeds customer expectations.  With over 1000 apartments coming onto the market in projects throughout Sydney and Australia wide, this presents a great opportunity for a motivated self-starter to make their mark and be successful.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effectively selling projects
  • Liaising with developers, prospective buyers, solicitors, councils and any other essential parties as
  • required
  • Assist in collating information on and for project when required.
  • Advise of any updating of collateral or requirements needed for the display suite to the Sales Manager
  • Attend project meeting with developers when required
  • Service and respond to enquiry received on projects
  • Oversee day to day running of the display suite
  • Completing all necessary documentation associated with selling property, including preparation and
  • execution of sales
  • Continually look to identify further business opportunities through effectively liaising with other related
  • businesses and colleagues

To be considered for the role you will demonstrate:

  • 2-3 years’ experience selling off- the-plan residential apartments
  • Proven sales success in meeting and exceeding targets
  • Ability and desire to provide outstanding service to clients
  • Ability to create and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in managing a client database
  • Ability to work autonomously and use initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Competent with various computer software and the ability to use a CRM system
  • Effective time management to service and responding to enquiries in a timely manner
  • Well presented with a desire to provide a high level of professionalism
  • Ability to work on the two busiest selling days of the week Saturday and Sunday
  • Possession of a valid Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
