Customer Experience Sales Consultants

Split It is an innovative utility connections company that offers Real Estate Customers a valuable service and saving them a lot of time, stress & money. We are backed by Loan Market, one of Australasia’s largest retail Mortgage Broker franchise groups, and part of the Ray White Group. Based on continued growth within our Sydney Team we are looking for Customer Experience Sales Consultants.

Reporting to the Customer Experience Sales Manager, you will be responsible for contacting customers and presenting and promoting tailored solutions from a full suite of home utilities and service products. Our Customer Experience Sales Consultants deliver the highest level of service to our customers who are in the process of moving house. This position is critical in ensuring our customers select the best home utilities and services products for their individual needs.

To be considered for this role you will bring:

  • Sales experience in telephone (call centre) based sales roles
  • An understanding of telecommunications and utilities products
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Success in working in a KPI driven environment
  • Enthusiasm and a genuine enjoyment of servicing to sell
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to adapt to changes in systems and processes
  • Natural desire to go the extra mile for customers

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Present and promote tailored solutions to customers from a full suite of home utilities and services products
  • Conduct a full discovery conversation with each customer to ensure they are getting the best value and the most appropriate product for their needs
  • Ensure an excellent level of customer service through effective phone, email and online communication
  • Ensure sales are completed within the required compliance guidelines
  • Ensure customer feedback is collated and communicated to the team for continuous improvement and quality purposes
  • Making outbound calls to customers
  • Meeting and exceeding sales and service KPI’s
  • Effectively working as part of a team and contributing to a positive team environment

  • Demonstrated experience in selling Telco and Utilities products, preferably Broadband
  • Strong organisational skills and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to different training techniques and processes
  • Ability and willingness to work within different work environments (locations) if  required
  • Ability to demonstrate at all times the Split It core values and be a leading example of those values with our external partners
  • Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills

In return you will be provided with the opportunity to work in a friendly and diverse team in Sydney CBD. You will be rewarded for your success and encouraged to think outside of the box to drive business outcomes.  This is a full time permanent role with the requirement to work from Monday to Friday. Our Call Centre operates between the hours of 9am and 6pm Monday - Friday  with occasional work outside of these hours & flexibility to work occasionally on a Saturday.
