Network Development Manager

We are excited to announce that an opportunity has become available for a Network Development Manager (NDM) based in Sydney.  Reporting to the State Director and CEO Network Development, the NDM will be responsible for the growth and improvement of existing broker businesses as well as establishing new businesses.  This will be achieved through business planning, development, training and implementation of systems and tools and recruitment, on-boarding and transition management.  This role will have a particular focus on attracting and recruiting experienced mortgage brokers into the group.  You will also work closely with the franchisor team to facilitate opportunities and relationships between Ray White and Loan Market in addition to managing the ongoing relationships with our lenders.

Key Responsibilities:​

  • Create and manage a recruitment prospect list (talent pipeline)
  • Assist in the recruitment of brokers by being involved in the recruitment process with other team members
  • Onboard new brokers and manage transition post induction including maximising lead opportunities during start up phase
  • Create, build and maintain an ongoing relationship with individuals in our industry.
  • Communicate our value proposition to a prospective recruit, using the Loan Market tools and processes available
  • Point of contact for the new broker to support questions and concerns as they are onboarded into the business.
  • Drive recruitment initiatives including organising, attending and presenting recruitment events

To be successful in this role, you will be a self starter with a genuine desire and motivation to improve businesses.  This role requires an energetic and autonomous person who can effectively work to KPI's and wants to make a difference and does so through influencing others and overcoming objections to drive change.  Your experience will include a minimum of 2 years in broking or lending, ability to effectively build and manage relationships, experience and success in recruiting, a desire and talent for improving business outcomes and success in managing a portfolio to achieve sales targets.  Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a Diploma in Financial Services would also be highly regarded.
