Operations Manager - Broker Education
About the role -
As Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Broker Education & Training. In this role, you’ll be a key driver of Broker Education, Brokerversity and LMG Community initiatives— keeping projects, events, and content on track while ensuring they deliver value to our network. You’ll be hands-on with both the creative and operational side of our education initiatives.
Brokerversity is LMG’s comprehensive education platform, providing accessible learning and professional development opportunities. Through a mix of courses, qualifications, live events, on-demand content, and interactive resources, it empowers members to strengthen their skills, expand their knowledge, and confidently apply what they learn.
You’ll coordinate and track multiple projects, research and document strategies, and map out key specifications to help deliver on important education metrics. You’ll be the connector between departments—keeping communication flowing, ensuring alignment, and spotting opportunities to improve processes and boost productivity.
Your day-to-day will span a mix of planning, promotion, design and execution. You’ll create and coordinate webinars, workshops, flagship events, and on-demand sessions. You’ll curate sponsorship packs, produce event collateral, and help run major community events for Brokerversity & LMG Communities. You’ll also collaborate with our comms team to ensure timely updates and engaging campaigns across email, social media, and internal channels.
On the Brokerversity side, you’ll manage and organise course content, documents, and version control. This is where you’ll get to shine with creativity and innovation, contributing to new features and design for the platform. A key part of your role will be meeting with lenders and external partners to create impactful, long-term collaborations that elevate our education initiatives. You’ll work with risk and compliance teams to ensure content meets industry standards, analyse data to guide platform improvements, and coordinate the development of new features and audience expansion. You’ll oversee content reviews, track performance metrics, and produce reports that inform future strategy.
You’ll also play a role in big-picture initiatives—helping to identify and develop new opportunities, strengthening industry partnerships, and presenting ideas to stakeholders. Your focus will be on keeping our education and platforms engaging, compliant, and impactful—while making sure our community feels connected, supported, and inspired.
Key responsibilities -
Broker Education:
- Providing assistance on projects, which will involve coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring project timelines are met.
- Research, document and map out strategy of project specifications to assist with the execution of key metrics for Broker Education
- Identifying and suggesting improvements to operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between teams
- Maintaining and organising important documents and version control including internal documents
- Assist in planning, promoting, and coordinating educational events, including webinars, workshops, and live sessions
- Maintenance of the yearly on-demand calendar and creation of the webinars both in Zoom and Brokerversity, including creation of all visuals and design
- CSM Community - Curation of sponsorship packs, creation of all forum and conference breakout collateral, and event management of CoLab 2x a year & CSM Community Instagram page
- Create and coordinate the yearly Flagship schedule, liaising with departments every month. Includes creation of all visuals and design, zoom event creation, reporting and marketing
- Co-ordinate with the comms team on a weekly and monthly basis to update the comms with ongoing on demand and flagship sessions to the network
- Maintain the Brokerversity linkedin and instagram and co-ordinate with the lmg.broker instagram to promote upcoming and previous webinars with learning bites
Brokerversity:
- Build and support the content process, ensuring all materials are accurate and relevant to a diverse broker audience
- Maintain and organise important documents and version control including internal documents and course content within Brokerversity. This includes usage of ClickUp, GDrive and additional programs within the business
- Liaising with the risk and compliance department, ensuring relevant content meets industry standards
- Help analyse operational data to optimise workflows and improve the overall efficiency of the education platform
- Mapping, coordinating and and execution of platform expansion of audience and platform functionality and capability
- Support and maintain the UX design process for Brokerversity
- Generate reports on platform performance, student engagement, and course progress to inform decision-making
- Curation of sponsorship packs for Brokerversity
- Creation of engagement and communications to the network and industry via various comms channels
- Management of Brokerveristy social media
Other responsibilities include:
- Review and analyse NPS and feedback
- Assist in creating, implementing and executing strategy.
- Analyse LMG data. This includes monitoring engagement metrics to gain insights into education, preferences and future needs.
- Assist in setting goals, defining the target audience and outlining the tactics for building and managing content within the platform.
- Assist Broker Education to identify and develop opportunities for innovation. This involves evaluating the current and future needs of the community to identify 'Go-to-Market' (GTM) initiatives to add to the roadmap.
- Coordinate activities. This involves assisting with coordinating the discovery, planning and development of potential Brokerversity GTM initiatives to ensure future products are developed to meet the audience's needs and are successfully launched and implemented within the community.
- Strengthen relationships with industry partners. This includes preparing presentations to partners such as industry regulatory bodies, lenders and more to garner support, sponsorship and integration of Brokerversity into parallel initiatives
