Ray White Queensland is seeking a Property Management Specialist to join our Brisbane-based team. Working in partnership with our existing PM Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and operational excellence of our property management businesses across the state.

This is a role for a "doer" who can also think strategically. You will manage a portfolio of offices, providing bespoke consultancy while contributing to a state-wide annual plan that drives engagement and performance.

Your Priorities

1. Consultancy & Change Management: Partner with business leaders to assess their operations and implement the behavioural changes required to scale their rent rolls.
2. Operational Excellence: Collaborate with Heads of PM to roll out programs that drive efficiency, focusing on system adoption and best-practice processes.
3. Training & Public Speaking: Co-create and deliver an annual training calendar. You must be highly confident presenting to both small groups and large audiences (up to 400+), both in-person and via digital platforms.
4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with your QLD counterpart and the National PM team to ensure our network is supported by the best resources and recognition programs in the industry.
5. Legislation and Compliance: You’ll use your industry knowledge and relationships to ensure that we lead the industry in best practice for compliance and legislation. 

Skills and experience

• The confidence to lead a room of 400 and the empathy to mentor a team of five.
• A minimum of 5 years in Property Management with a current Licence/Registration.
• The ability to build rapport quickly and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• A disciplined, performance-oriented approach.
