We are launching a brand-new property management team in the heart of Victoria Park, and we’re looking for a dynamic BDM/PM hybrid to be the face of our rental department.

The Role
This is a dual-focus position designed for a multitasker who thrives on variety. Your day-to-day will involve:
Business Development: Identifying growth opportunities, conducting market appraisals, and converting leads into new managements.
Portfolio Management: End-to-end management of a growing boutique portfolio (leasing, inspections, maintenance, and tenant/owner relations).
Networking: Representing the agency within the suburb and building a strong local presence.
Admin Excellence: Ensuring all documentation is compliant and kept up to date.
Career Pathway: Potential for career growth as you develop the business and lead the growing team.
About You
You are a "people person" with a "can-do" attitude. To hit the ground running, you will need:
Experience: A proven track record in both Property Management and Business Development within the WA market.
Licensing: A current WA Property Management Registration (or Real Estate License) is essential.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Victoria Park/South Perth area is a massive plus.
Drive: A hunger for new business and a passion for providing a premium customer experience.
Tools: A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
