Your Role in the Creative Engine:
As our new Graphic Designer, you will be crucial in delivering exceptional design across the entire Ray White network. You will be expected to:
- Lead projects by working closely with the Design Manager, Studio Coordinator, and two in-house graphic designers.
- Successfully develop briefs from initial concept all the way through to completion.
- Be channel-savvy: know how and when to design for print, digital, outdoor, online, and video.
- Be a key decision-maker in the creative direction of the brand.
- Champion the Ray White style guides, ensuring they are current and developed for new channels.
- Understand—or be ready to learn—the crucial templating structure for our marketing collateral, which includes over 7,000 templates.
- Maintain meticulous organization, including consistent communication and strict process adherence for all briefing, design studio processes, and job filing.
- Meet deadlines and remain agile in a busy environment.

What You Bring:
- A Bachelor of graphic design or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite CC and Canva.
- Solid understanding of brand systems and visual identity.
- Ability to correctly prepare artwork for both print and digital outputs.
- Experience working in Google suite is an advantage.
