Property Manager
Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a supportive team and a portfolio you can actually sink your teeth into? We are looking for a motivated, registered professional to join our thriving metropolitan office.
The Role
This is a full-time position managing a residential portfolio of approximately 100 properties. You won’t just be a number here; you’ll be the face of our service, building lasting relationships with both owners and tenants.
Your day-to-day will involve:
End-to-end management of a clean residential portfolio.
Conducting home opens, routine inspections and detailed final bond inspections.
Managing arrears, maintenance requests, and lease renewals.
Representing owners at DMIRS/Magistrates Court when required.
Providing exceptional communication and conflict resolution.
Using the latest tech including AILO

Selection Criteria
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Registration: A current WA Property Management Registration
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of active experience in residential property management.
Driver’s License: A valid license and a reliable vehicle.Skills: Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 1987, excellent time management, and a professional "can-do" attitude.
