Ray White, one of Australia's leading and largest real estate groups, is seeking a passionate and creative content production specialist to join the Ray White marketing team in Sydney.
This position will play a pivotal role in creating, managing, and distributing engaging content across our owned Ray White Group social channels, ensuring that we engage our customers and continue to position ourselves as the largest group in Australasia.
Reporting to the social media and content manager and working with the social media specialist and content specialists, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality visual content, managing social media platforms, and reporting across channels.
This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about digital marketing, visual storytelling and growing engaged audiences. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong project management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in design and short-form social video filming/editing.

Duties & Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
- Manage Ray White's owned social media channels across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
- Create, schedule and publish engaging written, visual and video content aligned to Ray White's content strategy and campaign priorities
- Repurpose long-form content into platform-first assets, including Reels, carousels, short-form video and graphics
- Collaborate with content, design, communications and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns
- Stay across platform updates, emerging trends and new opportunities to continually improve content performance
Paid Social, Analytics & Optimisation
- Plan, build and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn
- Manage campaign targeting, budgets and creative to maximise performance against marketing objectives
- Monitor and report on content and campaign performance using platform insights, Google Analytics 4 and other reporting tools
- Analyse audience behaviour and campaign results, providing recommendations that continually improve content and advertising performance
Community Engagement
- Manage community engagement across Ray White's social media channels, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor social listening platforms to identify brand sentiment, competitor activity, customer feedback and reputational risks
- Foster positive relationships with online communities while maintaining Ray White's brand standards
Group Support & Capability
- Support Ray White offices, agents and corporate teams with social media best practices
- Manage the Ray White social media distribution platform, including content scheduling and monthly content calendars
- Develop practical resources and deliver training, webinars and workshops that build social media capability across the group
- Provide advice on content creation, paid social, platform updates and social media strategy
Brand Governance
- Ensure all social media activity aligns with Ray White's brand guidelines, social media policy and visual identity
- Maintain consistency across all owned social channels and identify opportunities to strengthen Ray White's social presence and creative output
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, content creation, communications or a related discipline
- 3-5 years' experience in a social media, content marketing or digital marketing role
- Demonstrated experience managing business or brand social media channels end-to-end
- Strong content creation skills across copywriting, photography, short-form video and social-first creative
- Experience planning, managing and optimising paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn
- Experience using social media management platforms such as Sprout Social
- Experience using platform analytics to measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency with content creation software (CapCut, Canva, DaVinci or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities
- Confidence in presenting ideas and delivering training to groups of varying experience levels
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
