About the role -

This role is responsible for increasing the revenue by growing the broker portfolio within the assigned region. Primarily focused on recruiting new brokers and managing your state broker success team.

You are also responsible for delivering on our four promises to our network which are:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop quarterly and annual sales/penetration plans for the area to meet objectives
  • Executing sales objectives by creating, building and maintaining LMG talent pipeline
  • Find and engage sales leads using HubSpot to track all activity
  • Recruit and activate new brokers
  • Support successful onboarding of new brokers
  • Training and development of brokers
  • Represent Loan Market at various aggregator/industry events and networking events.
  • Build trust and long term relationship with leading brokers.
  • Present to large audiences of brokers and industry representatives
  • Negotiation and preparing member agreements based on Company rules and guidelines.
  • Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty.
  • Work with other teams including Account Managers and Operations to maximise revenue and strategic value
  • Keep up to date with market and industry trends

Qualifications:

  • Drivers License
  • Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking
  • Degree Qualified desirable but not essential

Experience:

  • Min 3 years’ experience in a similar road-based sales role
  • Strong industry knowledge
  • Financial services experience highly desired
  • Residential/Commercial lending or related discipline
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results

Skills:

  • Proficient in G-suite
  • Fluent Communication in person, on the phone and in email
  • Strong sales acumen
  • Stakeholder management
  • Understanding of financial statements
  • Understanding of all lines of lending
