Network Operations Executive - Loan Market

About the role:

As the Loan Market Network Operations Executive, you are the bridge between our corporate strategy and the broker network. You are responsible for executing the engagement plan and driving broker action. 

You will ensure our network is informed, connected and equipped with the tools they need to succeed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engagement operations: Managing the logistics for town halls, the achievement program, award submissions and community events.
• Community facilitation: organising community events and engagement programs.
• Change management: Driving adoption of new programs by translating corporate objectives into clear, actionable broker messaging.
• Communication delivery: Ensuring all communication assets are delivered on-brand in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Skill and experience required:

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in a communications role or network support. Experience working with brokers and financial advisers is desirable
• Technical & CRM proficiency: Proven experience using marketing automation platforms and CRMs (ideally Salesforce or HubSpot) to manage workflows, track activity, and report on campaign results.
• AI-first mindset: You don’t just use AI; you build, prompt, and train workflows that make marketing execution simple, rapid, and effective for non-technical users.
• Communications skills: You get context and can interpret and distill messages so that they are easily understood.
• Relationship management: A proven ability to communicate with and support senior stakeholders/brokers.
• Mindset:  You thrive in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment. You are comfortable juggling multiple priorities, can take initiative to solve problems and are highly resilient.  You have an operational mindset - you don't just draft messages; you build the processes to ensure they land, are understood and drive behaviour change.
