This is a pivotal Senior Leadership position, requiring a proactive individual to take on all aspects of Bona Fide Control and ensure the highest standards of compliance, culture, and growth across the business.
As the Licensee, you will be based in Thornlie and report directly to The Director, as well take take responsibility for overseeing all BPG Employees in the South Metro / Perth region.

As the Licensee, you will be based in Thornlie and report directly to The Director, as well take take responsibility for overseeing all BPG Employees in the South Metro / Perth region.
What You'll Do:
Leadership & Culture
- Devote the majority of your time to attend the office to set a leading example of the desired work ethic and culture.
- Attend all necessary corporate, industry, and company events, including monthly meetings with the Director’s Advisory Board.
- Drive office employee engagement in training and development, initiatives, system usage, and recognition programs.
- Oversee all aspects of compliance with DMIRS and the REBA Act and Code of Conduct.
- Ensure all agency agreements and contracts are compliant with the requirements of the Real Estate and Business Agent’s Act 1978 as amended.
- Ensure all registrations and licences are valid and up to date, including CPD requirements.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales and Property Management teams regarding compliance issues and required changes to procedures and behaviour.
- Be responsible for the employment and disciplinary requirements of all team members in conjunction with the Directors.
- Coordinate, document, and attend quarterly employee reviews with department heads.
- Oversee the trust accountant to ensure yearly audits are conducted and accounts are reconciled as per DMIRS requirements.
- Set tasks and structure for all administration roles within the office.
- Drive the organic growth of the Rent Roll within the Property Management Team.
- Drive the Sales Team on Playbook Metrics.
- Implement and oversee a strong customer satisfaction program to ensure ever-improving standards of customer service.
- Be directly responsible for leading the handling and resolution of all customer complaints.
Who You Are:
- Full Real Estate Agents License (required)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Strong Leadership skills and ability, evidenced by a history of successfully leading teams.
- A focus on delivering a high quality level of service and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Likeable with excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to promoting a positive work environment.
- Accountable, structured, and organised approach to work with a track record of consistency.
