About the role:
The Broker Success Manager (BSM) will play a pivotal role in the Asset Finance Growth Programs (AFGP), aimed at maintaining our position as the leading aggregator in the market and supporting our residential broker businesses to expand their presence in asset finance lending. The AFGP objective is to support our groups within Loan Market and Partner with the tools, knowledge and resources needed to diversify their customer offerings. The BSM will collaborate with students and groups which form part of the AFGP to enhance productivity, boost customer retention and increase asset finance volume over the initial 12- month period & beyond.
Activity:
- Conduct one-on-one & group product coaching sessions with students who form part of the Asset Finance Academy
- Conduct new feature roll-out training to relevant network and small group training sessions
- Ensure that brokers within the asset finance growth programs engage/have full knowledge of all network activities, development and training
- Collaborate with the Head of Asset and asset team members to develop training and educational materials, as well as lead engaging workshop sessions with peers and lender partners
- Host monthly check-in calls with students enrolled in the Asset Finance Academy to monitor progress and offer guidance
- Serve as a readily available resource for asset finance brokers within LMG and Partner, providing insights on products, lender niche and deal scenarios
- Maintain strong relationships with lender partners who support the asset finance programs to ensure alignment and ongoing support
- Maintain strong relationships with brokers who form part of our Asset Finance Growth Programs ensuring regular check-in phone calls and provide support when needed
- Working closely with Head of Asset, review the brokerage database to identify opportunities and recommend target marketing materials designed to attach relevant asset finance queries
- Stay informed about lender product updates, rate changes, and promotional specials, ensuring brokers within the asset finance growth programs are kept up to date with the latest offerings
