Ray White Rural and Livestock is seeking a new Operations Manager to join the team in this critical role, ensuring success and consistency in the franchise network. The Operations Manager is responsible for translating Corporate's strategy, systems, tools, and operational standards into practical implementation across franchised businesses. The Operations Manager works closely with our franchise owners and their teams to ensure that initiatives are understand, adopted, and embedded in daily operations, driving performance, compliance, and brand consistency in Ray White Rural and Livestock.

Key Responsibilities
- Franchise Operations Support
- Act as the primary operational link between Corporate and franchisees
- Ensure franchisees clearly understand and effectively implement company systems, tools, processes, and operational standards
- Provide practical guidance to franchise owners and their teams on best practice operational processes
- Strategy Implementation
- Drive the rollout and execution of Corporate strategies across the network
- Translate strategic initiatives into clear operational actions for the Corporate team
- Monitor adoption and provide feedback to the leadership team on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Systems & Tools Adoption
- Support the Digital Performance specialist to deliver training to franchise teams and ensure take up of our systems, technology platforms, and tools
- Identify barriers to adoption and work with franchisees to overcome them
- Support continuous improvement of systems and operational workflows
- Performance & Business Improvement
- Work with the corporate team to identify opportunities to improve operational performance, efficiency, and customer outcomes
- Share best practices and success stories across the franchise network
- Training & Capability Development
- Deliver operational trainings, workshops, and support to franchise businesses
- Ensure new franchisees are effectively onboarded into the systems and operating model
- Support the the digital and performance team to provide continuous learning and capability development within the network.
- Compliance & Brand Standards
- Support the Marketing manager to ensure that the franchise businesses operate in line with brand standards, operational guidelines, and relevant regulatory requirements
- Relationships Management
- Build strong, trusted relationships with franchise owners and key team members
- Act as a supportive advisor while also maintaining accountability for operational standards and expectations
- Serve as a voice of the network, providing insights and feedback to the franchisor
- Strong operational management experience, ideally within Ray White / Real Estate, franchising, or multi-site business environments
- Demonstrated ability to implement strategy and drive adoption of systems and processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence and support independent business owners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Experience with change management and business improvement initiatives
- Understanding of real estate operations and industry regulations is highly desirable
