What you'll be doing:

• Coordinating and supporting a range of events, from roadshows to career expos
• Managing our recognition program and celebrating our network’s achievements
• Supporting our recruitment initiatives and managing our future customer database
• Providing EA support to senior leaders
• Keeping things running smoothly with travel bookings, diary management, and floor coordination
• And so much more!

About you:

• You're a proven coordinator or assistant with at least 2 years of experience
• You have exceptional communication and organisational skills
• You're a grammar guru and spelling superstar
• You thrive under pressure and can think on your feet
• You're a team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• You love talking to people in person and on the phone
• You can create order from chaos
